The subject sees the same record you do
The person being checked gets a link showing every selected check in plain language, with its data source, before a single one runs. If a check needs a signed disclosure, that document is generated from the ticked boxes — so they sign the exact scope that will happen.
Afterwards they keep access to the same results, and can dispute any individual one.
A history that cannot be quietly edited
Every action lands in an append-only log, each entry sealed against the one before it. Changing a message, back-dating an entry or deleting a row all break the chain visibly, and the check reports which entry failed.
Signatures record the signer’s typed name, time, and a fingerprint of the exact document on screen — so “they signed a different version” is answerable rather than arguable.
